Getting started is easy. The brokerage signs up for a plan—every plan includes unlimited broker seats (users). Once the brokerage account is created, individual brokers can sign up and link their accounts to the brokerage with just a few clicks.

Subtraid delivers a seamless experience for broker clients. They receive, at no additional cost, access to a centralized online portal where they can contribute to the application, e.g. upload financial documents, review the application or check its progress. Clients will only see what a broker assigns or shares with them. Multiple people can work on an application concurrently.

Subtraid integrates with the same trusted third party data providers used by many large insurance companies and banks/financial institutions to underwrite business and assess risk.

Yes! One of our main goals is to get rid of manual data entry. We’ve mapped out the key systems brokers use and are building integrations so you can access the data you need with just a click. QuickBooks is already available, and more integrations are on the way. If direct integration isn’t possible, we use AI tools to quickly process uploaded documents and pull out the right information—saving you time and hassle.

Subtraid provides a neat, organized package that can be downloaded by the broker then submitted directly to the underwriter to evaluate. Subtraid does not submit applications directly to the underwriter.

Once your client’s Surety Bond Facility or Bond Requisition is approved and you receive the legal documents—such as bond terms, agreements, or the bond itself—just upload them to Subtraid. Our platform extracts key information automatically, helping you manage the bonding program with less manual work. You’ll have a clear view of terms, limits, and obligations, and since both you and your client have visibility, everyone stays aligned and up to date.
